Discflo Close-Coupled pumps handle a wide variety of difficult fluids efficiently and effectively without breaking down. Can also handle fluctuations in temperature, pressure, and solids content without breakdown.

Discflo Horizontal pumps handle a wide variety of difficult fluids efficiently and effectively without breaking down. Can also handle fluctuations in temperature, pressure, and solids content without breakdown.

Discflo Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal pumps are made of multiple Discpacs, which feed into one another. These stages allow for higher levels of control over the output pressure.

Discflo Over-Under and Side-By-Side pumps handle a wide variety of difficult fluids efficiently and effectively without breaking down. Can also handle fluctuations in temperature, pressure, and solids content without breakdown.

Discflo offers two lines of Sanitary pumps, the SP Series and MIS Series. Both series meet 3-A sanitary and international hygiene standards and USDA requirements.
They can be supplied in Clean-in-Place or Steam-in-Place versions, and in a variety of metallurgy to meet the user’s requirements.
Discflo Submersible pumps often go to work where centrifugal, progressive cavity, lobe, and chopper pumps have failed. Their unique design and our state-of-the-art technology tackle even the toughest applications with ease.
Discflo Sump & Dry Pit pumps are the clog-free, low cost, long-lived option that outperforms progressive cavity, centrifugal, lobe, and chopper pumps in even the toughest installations. These pumps are not only powerful but incredibly versatile.
Discflo Vertical Cantilever pumps are ideal for moving abrasive materials and slurries, as only a portion of the pump is located under the fluid. The seals, bearings, bushings, and suction check valves are all outside of the liquid, preventing the material from degrading or interfering with them.
Our cantilever pumps are designed by our engineering team that specializes in handling the toughest pumping jobs. They set the standard for pumping slurries and abrasive materials.

Discflo Disc Mixers use parallel discs, either smooth or ribbed, which rotate perpendicular to the shaft to mix. During mixing, a boundary layer is formed on the disc surfaces as they rotate. This layer protects the mixer from wear.
Self-priming tanks are designed to eliminate the need for manual priming, enabling pumps to start and operate efficiently without external intervention. The technology behind self-priming tanks involves the creation of a vacuum within the pump chamber, allowing it to draw in fluid and eliminate air, thereby ensuring optimal pump priming. This vacuum is often maintained through a combination of design features, such as check valves, vent systems, and pump casing configurations.
Incorporating self-priming tanks into the design of Discflo pumps enhances their operational efficiency and reliability, particularly in scenarios where traditional priming methods prove challenging.
Discflo pumps, known for their distinctive disc technology, benefit significantly from the integration of self-priming tanks. These tanks serve as reservoirs of fluid, ensuring that the pump is adequately primed before operation. By automating the priming process, Discflo pumps equipped with self-priming tanks eliminate the need for manual intervention, streamlining startup procedures and reducing downtime. The design synergy between self-priming tanks and Discflo pumps results in a pump system that can efficiently handle applications with intermittent flow or those involving variable fluid levels.
The Discflo API-610 pump is designed to be a superior alternative to centrifugal, progressive cavity, lobe, and gear pumps for viscous, abrasive, high solids, and gas entrained fluids. They are optimal for high temperature and pressure applications in the oil, petrochemical, and chemical industries. Using our patented, state-of-the-art technology, the API pumps excel at handling abrasive, corrosive, viscous, high-solids, and/or gas-entrained fluids with minimal wear and maintenance. Not only do the API pumps offer exceptional productivity and cost-saving benefits, they are also the proven solution for shear sensitive and delicate chemicals and emulsions.
Glass lining is a proven technique for adding a super-durable, smooth, non-stick surface to metal equipment and components.
Discflo Glass Lined pumps use the dual-coat glass-lining process developed by Vitco, of PA. The glass lining is a mix of fine borosilicate glass, water, and clay, applied to the base metal substrate at high temperature. Vitco’s dual-coat process allows for extra durability and longevity as the base coat forms a strong bond with the base metal and the cover coat provides the
non-stick characteristics.
Ideal for:
Discflo disc pumps are not centrifugal, positive displacement, gear, or lobe pumps. Unique in design, our disc pumps outperform conventional pumps in most applications.

In severe applications where abrasion, viscosity, entrained air, excessive wear, and corrosion problems wreak havoc on pump systems and degrade products, Discflo has developed a superior alternative. Our pumps dramatically reduce pump wear, are virtually clog free, and prevent product damage.
Discflo’s pumps have been solving the pumping problems of the general industry for over 40 years. The powerful combination of superior abrasion resistance, gas-entrained pumping ability, and non-emulsifying laminar flow make our disc pumps the ideal choice for some of the toughest applications.

Our technology creates a low-to-no maintenance system by minimizing contact between the pump and the raw material being pumped. The results speak for themselves. Click on the image to below to view the guide.
